The presentation was made more significant with with an oral overview of the film's history and the presence of one of the actors, Marilyn Knowlden, who appeared in the film at the age of 9. Showboat must be seen by any lover of film. Not only is the music oustanding, but it has a wonderful story as as well.

We had a great time. Not only was the film wonderful but we also got to listen to a discussion before the film. We loved it. Keep them coming.
