Hailed as "the best musical of this century" by Ben Brantley of The New York Times and "the funniest musical of all time" by Entertainment Weekly, The Book of Mormon won nine Tony Awards -- including Best Musical -- in its first year on Broadway. Now the national touring production is back at the Pantages for a second round of hilarity. Written by South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone along with Robert Lopez, the Tony-winning co-creator of Avenue Q, this musical comedy is a show that The Daily Show's Jon Stewart has called "a crowning achievement. So good it makes me angry." Learn More

Singing was great, production value was pretty good but overall the show was mediocre. I was disappointed by how disconnected I felt from the production which is something that rarely happens to me. I go into shows wanting to love it and I just couldn't with this one. I am glad my tickets were half price and while I am glad that I saw it, I would not go again.
The winner of 8 2007 Tony Awards – including Best Musical, Best Book, and Best Score – Spring Awakening has been called “the best musical of a generation” (NY Observer). Adapted from Frank Wedekind’s play of the same name, with an acclaimed score by Duncan Sheik and Steven Sater, book by Steven Sater and direction by Tony-winner Michael Mayer, Spring Awakening boldly depicts how a dozen young people make their way through the thrilling, complicated, confusing and mysterious time of their sexual awakening.
