Cheesy. Lots of REPLICAS of props. Nobody in character and virtually no gift shop. There was no interactive component like the Hilton in Las Vegas. The entire purpose seemed to be to sell you pictures for $35 of yourself on their replica of the bridge of the Enterprise. We went on a Sunday afternoon and there were very few people there and no lines. It was generally a waste even at the discounted price. Still, the staff was friendly, probably because they had so few customers.
They do validate for the Hollywood-Highland parking structure, which has plenty of space. Its $2 for 4 hours.
It was lame.
We were very excited to go. I had seen the exhibition in Las Vegas which was fun and worth the money. This one was all models and pictures on the wall and costumes behind glass. It is definitely a case of "Hey, what is the minimum we can throw together so we can make some money off of Star Trek lovers?" Also annoying were the aggressive, yet friendly, workers who at every turn were pushing you to buy something overpriced and cheap. $25 for a green screen picture? Really?
