great fun!! don't want to give too much away..Host Larry was fabulous, and made it all very clear what we were about to do. Be prepared to do ALOT OF WALKING!!! takes anywhere from 2-5 hours to complete. Saw the city, made friends, laughed, got frustrated, and just had a great time!!Written on Feb 20 2012

I had a great time on the original Amazing Race LA and the sequel did not dissappoint. The clues were just challenging enough to push you to the brink of frustration, which made the moment you figured it out that much sweeter. It was more of a foot race than I remember from last time so do wear comfortable shoes. Overall, would highly recommend it for locals and visitors alike.Written on Dec 12 2011

We took our two teenage girls. They sulked the whole way there. I saw a few smiles on their faces early in the game. They got tired quick. This is a long day, but you are forced to notice stuff you did not even know existed in the city. We liked the idea of it, but wasn't expecting it to be such a long event. Of course, when you are more challenged like we were, it takes longer.Written on Nov 07 2011

Description
After months of begging, pleading, and cajoling, now the Amazing LA Race has a sequel - Amazing LA Race II - The Sequel (presented by LARF). Like our others it is a unique hybrid of a sightseeing tour and interactive mystery novel. It's like the Da Vinci Code meets a reality show. (Without the religious controversy.) It's unlike anything you've ever done before and it's an experience you will never forget.
Participants form teams of two to eight people. All teams meet at the starting line where they receive their first in a series of tricky clues. The solution of the clue leads to a new location and a new clue, then to the next and so on. The team that solves all the clues and crosses the finish line in the least amount of time is crowned the winner.
Along the way, players experience some of the most popular sights in Los Angeles as well as some hidden gems. But you don't just see the sights.... You interact with them! When the race is over, the fun is just beginning. At the finish line, the event hosts award prizes to top finishers and provide all players with complimentary beverages and snacks. Win, lose, or draw, the finish line is a great place to bond with your fellow competitors and share all the war stories you can handle.
Amazing LA Race II - The Return of LARF is a fantastic group activity. And because it promotes outside the box thinking and team-work, it is also a terrific team building event. So no matter what experience you're looking for fun, education, recreation, unique sightseeing, or team building the Amazing Los Angeles Race will blow you away.
This event lasts about five hours and is recommended for ages 11 and up.
