I couldn't stop laughing!
I LOVED the play. It was very well-written and very emotionally charged.
It is sooo "today". The cast is superb and can they all sing!
I LOVED the music and lyrics so much that I really wished they would sell CD's.
I loved it so much that I'm very sad that someone didn't adopt it and promote it much further...so that it could continue on in time - in SO MANY other places in the city, in the state, in the world!
With the right backing and promoting, this could really be a classic musical for all time.
It makes you think! It glimpses attractions, different degrees of love and relationships thru women's eyes (and brains!) and especially from the dumpee's (as opposed to the dumper!) viewpoint.

The Break-Up Notebook: The Lesbian Musical will be produced by Rose Marcario, associate produced by The LA Gay & Lesbian Center’s Lily Tomlin Jane Wagner Cultural Arts Program; feature music and lyrics by Lori Scarlett (Sneaux!), book by Patricia Cotter (The Break-Up Notebook, Three), choreography by Gail Conrad, musical direction by David Manning and be directed by Sue Hamilton (Last Summer at Bluefish Cove, The Break-Up Notebook) based on her musical concept.
