The description did not mention full nudity and portrayal of anal sex by the men on stage. Likewise the women were shown the same way. Although this was a surprise, I felt embarrassed since I brought friends along expecting some sort of comedy script. It wasn't funny as acted and I think all that attend should know about the nudity and sexual content. Probably would not have gone if it were described as it was done.

The production was a rather weak production of a great script. The stage manager, Adam, Jane and Mabel were stand out performers with noble performance by Steve, though he was rather obviously uncomfortable with being intimate with another man on stage and lacked chemistry with his on stage partner. The production lacked a certain magic and timing that is necessary to make the wit of Paul Rudnick work and work well. I applaud the Hollywood Fight Club for producing this difficult work and will definitely give them another chance. As for the previous comments about nudity on stage - get over it. Based on the comment I "prepared for the worst" and was surprised at how tastefully it was handled. Was there nudity - yes, men in jock straps and later full-frontal covered by hands...I don't think anyone in the audience saw bits and pieces as it were.

We really liked the 1st act. It was funny, yet informative and had a nice sense of direction. Adam and Steve were very likable , hunky and the jock straps didn't hurt the story line. Mable and Jane were a very good compliment to the boys and kept the story moving. The pace was fast and we thought that was partialy because of the nudity.

Act 2: too preachy, too many story lines, too dazed and confused....Loss of inocence= loss of fun? The play fell into a heavy scenario and even with occasional funny lines it was torture, but I guess that's the point....Religion=torture ??
