Lots of seats to choose from... it was a slow night and most of the seating was open to general seating... We sat upstairs.. was a little to warm up there but better to see Laser Show...Chance to win tickets to Disneys California Adventure... Laser show was ok.. nothing spectacular.. and movie was too much computer gibberish for me... .. parking is cheap at Kodak theater parking lot.. but for $13.00 it was an experienceWritten on Jan 03 2011

What an awesome laser show and Tron 3D experience at the gorgeous El Capitan! Parking was super easy and cheap ($2 for 4hrs w/valid) across the street and the theater even gave away a pair of tickets to Disney's California Adventure. Thanks Goldstar!Written on Dec 20 2010

So much fun! I highly recommend going to a Sunday night showing. I live in Culver City, and it only took me 20 minutes to get to El Capitan Theatre for the 7:45pm showing. The rain probably helped scare the LA-ers off the road, too ;-) The theater is lovely and smack in the middle of Hollywood. The laser show was uber fun, and the movie was quite enjoyable...not sure where all the negative reviews of the film are coming from.Written on Jan 04 2011
As for parking, if you go on Sunday, there's free street parking on Hawthorn Ave.

The movie was great. The Theatre was clean. the screen seemed like it could have been larger but the sound system was awsome. The lazer show was a nice touch and very well done. It made the event special and not just another trip to the movies. The people were nice. I was 2 numbers away from winning their raffle of tickets to California adventures :( oh well, it was a nice night out none the less. I recommened it.Written on Dec 28 2010

Description
TRON: LEGACY is a 3D action-packed adventure set in a digital world unlike anything captured on the big screen. Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund), a rebellious 27-year-old, is haunted by the mysterious disappearance of his father Kevin Flynn (Oscar®- and Golden Globe®-winner Jeff Bridges), a man once known as the world's leading video-game developer. When Sam investigates a strange signal sent from the abandoned Flynn's Arcade -- that could have only come from his father -- he finds himself pulled into a world where Kevin has been trapped for 20 years. With the help of the fearless warrior Quorra (Olivia Wilde), father and son embark on a life-or-death journey across a visually-stunning digital universe -- created by Kevin himself -- which has become far more advanced with never-before-imagined vehicles, weapons, and landscapes and a ruthless villain who will stop at nothing to prevent their escape.
Presented in Disney Digital 3D™ and scored by Grammy Award®-winning electronic music duo Daft Punk..
