When a teenager from the wrong side of the tracks is on trial for murder, the twelve members of the jury must overcome their own prejudices and assumptions to reach a consensus on his fate. Reginald Rose's riveting drama is usually performed as Twelve Angry Men, but Rose also wrote this little-known version that features an all-female jury.

This award winning play has always been Twelve Angry Men.The Hollywood Fight Club Theater will present, for the first time anywhere, a little know version of this play, written by the original authors.

This riveting drama, being seen in LA for the first time, speaks about 12 women who are sequestered in a jury room deciding a murder case. A life or death issue for a teenage Latino boy. This is a fierce drama, with each woman trying her best to do the right thing, their personal views and opinions constantly getting in each others way. One says what sounds like the truth, only to be corrected, sometimes violently, by the others. At one particular point, blind rage takes over and then we see what these women are made of. They are forced to reckon with personal truths about themselves, pointed out or brought about by the cruel words of the others. These are women of the 1950's. They are unknowing pioneers for the women and daughters who will come just a few years later.

Come and meet these significant characters...they are women from all walks of life -- all backgrounds. These characters represent the real women and the millions like them who created change in our country and the world.
