Unfortuantely, I get to rate this "one night only" event after the fact because I would love to recommend that everyone see this troupe. Hopefully, the troupe will be back next year at the Ford and if it is GO AND EXPERIENCE THEIR PERFORMANCE. I attended Viver Brasil's performance last year and loved it. This year's performance was even more exciting due to the visually seductive choreography, music and lighting. All of which was enhanced even further by the vocalist. This year was truly a melding of dance, music and vocal performance that makes this troupe one not to be missed.Written on Jul 06 2009

The singer - Katia Moraes - did an amazing job. I loved the percussion and music. It was fun to try to guess what diety the dancing was honoring.Written on Jul 06 2009

Great show! Lots of energy all around, in the dancing, the percussion-based music, and the singer. The Ford Theater, with the natural background in the stage, is the perfect setting for this type of performance.Written on Jul 06 2009
