The event was great overall and the comedians were very funny. However, I was not impressed with how the PNC Arts Center ran the event. The ticket said 5PM but the doors did not open until 6PM. We arrived at 4 because we had lawn tickets and wanted to secure a good area to sit. By 5 PM, there were literally thousands of people on the line which was about six people wide. At 6 PM, there was a rush to the front gates and hundreds of people from the back of the line cut to the front. Hence, we didn't want to deal with the rude people anymore so we upgraded to a VIP seat. This really worked out because it gave us access to the VIP lounge which had music, shorter food lines, and clean bathrooms.
