For over one thousand years, Shaolin kung fu has been the heart and soul of Chinese martial-arts culture. The Shaolin Warriors Troupe consists of more than 20 kung fu masters who began training at a young age and since have each perfected the art of hand-to-hand and weapons combat. With the precision of Olympic gymnasts and the grace of ballet dancers, the Shaolin Warriors demonstrate their sacred and stunning art form in a dazzling theatrical display for the whole family. Along with a look at the performers' lives within the discipline, Voices of the Masters also touches on the Zen philosophy behind their practice.

Most people dressed very casually; which was a surprise seeing as it was an evening performance.

There was a mixture of casual and formal. We went semi formal because, well its a theatre.

We parked in the garage under the theater for $7. It was super easy and convenient.

The show was very entertaining, and not something you see everyday.

My husband and I had a great time at this show. It was everything we expected and more. My husband has always been a martial arts fan so he was really excited to see it. We had seats in the higher end of the 2nd floor but it the middle section right smack in the middle so we could see perfectly. THANK YOU GOLD STAR for advertising this show and for having such low prices! We paid a total of around $70 for great seats for a fantastic show. If you love martial arts or if your husband loves martial arts...lol then this is a GO TO show! :)

Music and audience participation parts made me feel like I was watching a cheap side-show at a festival rather than a $55/seat performance. Impressive moves, and choreography, but could have showcased talents better.
