The concert begins with a set by Danzig, the self-titled group whose biggest hits include "Mother" and "Twist of Cain." A set by Samhain, Danzig's mid-'80s goth-metal band, follows. The show closes with a series of songs by horror-punk pioneers The Misfits, Danzig's first band, performed by Danzig and Mistfits guitarist Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein. Learn More

The concert with the Pacific Symphony at the Verizon Wireless was, as always, amazing!Written on Aug 30 2007

The acoustics were surprisingly good. The fireworks were beautiful. The seats were very uncomfortable and too close together. You should warn people that it is a 25 minute walk to the seats. They are not accessible for people with walking problems. There is a cart for people who have trouble walking but there is a 30 min. wait after the concert. Also, once you exit the cart you have to walk up many stairs and narrow rows to get to your seat.Written on Aug 27 2007

We thought the event was glorious. The music was wonderful, the fireworks a lovely surprise and it was just a fine evening overall. I think our only negative was that the seats were tiny, very close together, hard and overall terribly uncomfortable and they will definitely help determine whether or not I attend other shows at the venue. Aside from that, I found the venue very nice and easy to navigate.Written on Aug 27 2007
