I didn't care for it. The facial I got was ok, it was just different from what I've experienced. The person I got didn't seem too personable. She didn't tell me what she was putting on me or what she was doing so I didn't know what was going on. In the past in other spas, they let you know each step of the way. On the website, it says you can use spa amenities, no one told me what I could use or not. The floor in the room I was in was very dirty, looks like some things got spilled all over, I could see them even in the dim light. It's very small in the locker room. Oh, what was uncomfortable was that as I got from under the sheets, she stood there and helped put me put it on facing me. I didn't feel comfortable with that. I've never had that happen in any spas I've been too. Usually they leave the room, it was weird for me.

Yowsah and Hot Tamales! This posher than posh spa rocks big time! From the moment you walk through the door you realize you will be having a great experience. From Brandi at the desk, to my massage therapist, Tami, I was treated in a most royal manner--filled with genuine concern for my well-being and comfort. The massage was truly the BEST I've ever received. Tami was strong and most professional, really helping me get out the knots in my neck and shoulders. After my massage I had a steam bath, a nice hot shower, a swim, a jacuzzi, and then another shower. When I left I felt truly relaxed and pampered to the max. I loved it so much I bought a gift certificate for a massage for my husband--he deserves the kid glove treatment, too! Kudos to everyone here, and thanks again for such wonderful service. Oh, PS. You should know you have to walk about half a block to get there from the parking structure. Even with a handicapped placard, like I have, the walk is lengthy for someone with a physical disability.

The service was great. I was received promptly and shown into the locker room. The facility is very clean and peaceful. The esthitician was very sweet and caring.

The only complaint is that I was only given a facial robe to wear - which ended above the knee and was strapless. Luckily there was no one else around or I would have felt very uncomfortable. I think they should offer you a regular robe to wear over the facial robe when you are walking and waiting in the common areas.

This is absolutely the most beautiful spa I've ever seen. Not only is each and every member of the staff charming and welcoming, the service is impeccable and filled with extra touches like ice water with sliced lemons, spa shoes and robes, and a locker for your personal items. The esthetician was first class and tried hard to address my individual concerns and needs, and her room was large enough to room around in comfortably. You are invited to use the facilities of the Super Sport 24 Hr. Fitness, so tomorrow I'm bringing my suit for a massage and swim. Truly, first class all the way!

I went on my birthday and had an overall good experience. I got there 10 minutes early, but the esthetician wasn't ready until about 15 minutes past my appointment time. She made up for it though. I got the deep cleansing facial, and it was well worth the wait! The lady at the front desk was very nice, too. She encouraged me to write a review on Goldstar if I had a positive experience. Another employee, however, LITERALLY said, "But if you didn't, well, you just keep your mouth shut...just kidding." I know she was kidding, but I found it rude, unprofessional and tacky. That was the only negative part of my experience. I won't hold that against the whole spa, but I surely wouldn't want to encounter that person again.

The massage was very good but the surroundings aren't what you'd expect from a "spa".

The masseuse was less than satisfactory. I was expecting a full and continuous deep tissue massage, but it was broken up by pauses. I've had better.

The massage was good, and the massage place itself was nice, but the spa amenities of the 24hr fitness that we were allowed to use were dirty and unkept. The jacuzzi had dirt on the bottom and the steam room: questionable. If you go here enjoy the nice massage, but I wouldn't recommend using the gyms spa.

I liked the facial and the technician was really nice. The 50 minute time frame was a little shorter than I would have liked, but I was able to do this during my lunch hour, so I can't complain too much!
