Gravity is no match for Diavolo Dance Theater's daredevils of dance as they leap, fly and spin with power, elegance and a thrill of danger in their acclaimed work Transit Space. Influenced by the documentary Dogtown and Z-Boys, this kinetic, high-flying work explores themes of loss and community while using skate ramps and half-pipes as set pieces to represent an urban environment. Led by Artistic Director Jacques Heim, Diavolo's an internationally renowned modern dance company of dancers, gymnasts, acrobats and athletes. Learn More

This was an amazing production. The dancers were outstanding. The set design and costumes were really spectacular, so beautiful. My Mom and I were just delighted and my 4 year old was mesmerized. It even snowed onstage!
The Barclay is a wonderful theatre. Small and intimate. We sat in the last row of the balcony and could see perfectly- even my 4 year old. I'm pretty sure there's not a bad seat in the house.
