The La Mirada Theatre will rock to the classic tunes of Bruce Springsteen and Aerosmith as tribute bands the Rising and Aeromyth take the stage as part of the Tribute Fridays series. The Rising delivers all of the Boss and his band's passion, power and soul with a tribute that spans the nearly five decades of Springsteen's catalogue. From "Born to Run" and "Backstreets" to "Dancing in the Dark" and "Working on a Dream," it's a show of non-stop hits. Likewise, Aeromyth's tribute to Aerosmith features the hard-rockin' hits ("Dream On," "Mama Kin") and power ballads ("Cryin'," "Crazy") that made Steven Tyler and the band one of the biggest on the planet.

The Rising: Have never been to a Boss concert, but have most of the albums. Rising put on a great, fun, energetic performance. They didnt play some of my favs, but did most of the hits. the guy looks alot like Springsteen; tremendous energy; running up n down stage; talking to audiance.
Aeromyth: they captured the Aerosmith essance. all the performers looked like the real members. they played almost all the hits, old n new. they rocked pretty hard, maybe a tad too load for my liking. Still a fun show.
