It startrd out with a beautiful weather, have a nice time driving to Laguna, we got to Laguna way early, around 10 minutes before 10 AM. We parked at the suggested $5 parking lot located on Mernaid Street, there is no parking attendent on duty, we figured because we got there early, and the parking attendant has not yet come in, we could pay him on the way out, anyway we parked and walk to the address where we will be meeting at 10:30 AM.
Lorraine, the tour guide is very knowledgeable to various "hot spots" in Laguna Beach, and she is very engaged with our group, our group is made up with 4 teams of 2, mother and daughter, husband & wife, boyfriend and girlfriend, we share what city we were from and if any one are celebrating special event on the tour.
We all received a bottle of water, then the food tasting began, we tasted more foods after each of the point of interest. The foods are great, and the places Lorraine show us are very interesting, likes; the smallest church in the world. The tour lasted about 3 hours, just about 1:30 PM, give you the rest of the afternoon to explore Laguna.
The shuttle during the Summer is Free, so after the tour ended, my wife & I catched the shuttle heading south to South Laguna Beach (you are getting on Stop# 1) to the Montage luxury beach resort (you are getting off Stop# 15).
The view at the Montage is breath taking, luxury oceanfront beach property with lushly landscaped, my wife & I took a walk on the beach sidewalk behind the resort, and took a walk inside the resort. A must after the tasting tour to complete the wonderful day at Laguna.
We received addition bonus when we won the $10 to the Gallo subs, gift from flavors of Laguna, and the parking is free. (Parking Attendant is not on duty when the time we left the parking lot or he/she never did come in that day)
Thank you Goldstar, to help my wife and I celebrated our 28th years together with flavors of Laguna. We loved it.

Awesome tour!! Bella was our tour guide, she did any excellent job. We had a small group, maybe 10 people. We saw a lot of Laguna and were able to try a lot of different foods and new restaurants, cute shops. Bella was very friendly and informative. Would highly recommend!!!!!Written on Feb 28 2012

Wow! Better than expected. Lorraine, the director, was ill so Perla stepped in at the last minute and she did not miss a beat! Perla was charming, friendly and very knowledgeable of the history of the area. She offered a narration of a behind-the-scenes record of present establishments which created an enjoyable fascination.Food portions were small, as expected, and tasty. All the places had their own uniqueness and we would not have know them if not for this tour. We have a greater appreciation for Laguna Beach. One fault with the tour: we had 17 in our group; a few too many.Written on Sep 26 2011

Our tour guide, Lorraine shared the history and stories of Laguna Beach.
The food tastings were wonderful- honestly- we couldn't even eat dinner - we were still full!
Wear comfortable shoes as there is quite a bit of walking- and be prepared for a fun day!
