$15.00 - $30.00

Alternately hilarious and touching, Steel Magnolias is the story of the outspoken clientele of Truvy's Beauty Salon in Chinquapin, Louisiana. Any lady who is "anybody" in the town comes to get their hair done by the wise-cracking Truvy, played by Stephanie Zimbalist, and her eager new assistant, Annelle. The group of women is very eclectic, made up of the town curmudgeon, an eccentric millionaire, the queen bee of the social set and her beautiful, diabetic daughter. When a sudden tragedy befalls the close-knit group of women, their inner strength and love for each other pulls them through. Filled with hilarious banter and touching moments, Steel Magnolias transports us into a charming world whose characters are great company in good times and bad. Learn More

The fourth of a series of four. Really wonderful. Wish Felder would do more composers. I'd be back in a heartbeat.

Fun, educational, engaging...Love Hershey Felder's work. Of the 5 different productions, this was not my favorite, but only because he has already set the bar soooo very high. Mr Felder is a consumate write, actor, artist and performer. I'm already getting ready for his next cycle of performances. Can't get enough!
