Laguna Beach Live! presents this 9-piece ensemble, “Mongorama,” formed by KJazz radio personality Jose Rizo to explore the music of legendary Cuban conga player “Mongo” Santamaria. Rounding out the ensemble will be Ramon Banda (timbales), Joey De Leon (congas), Alfredo Ortiz (perc/vocals), Rene Camacho (bass), Joe Rotondi or Oscar Hernandez (piano), and Dayren Santamaria (violin).
