I had the most excellent massage in a very relaxed atmosphere. Can't wait to go back again!
While I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the cleanliness of the facility, as well as the therapist, I was a bit taken back at the fact that I was not asked what type of skin I had or not even asked.... but had my skin evaluated before any product was applied to my face.
Luckily, I did not have an adverse reaction to the products or broke out as I have acne prone and sensitive skin at the same time and various products make me break out quickly. There was no extraction of blackheads or of the acne areas which I would have preferred to have a bit of that worked on. All in all, I enjoyed the pumpkin peel very much and I recon for the price, I can treat myself to that every now and then and seek to find a facility which would be more thorough in the process. I do not think that it would be worth full price as I then would have been totally disappointed.
Possibly this was not the type of facial that this facility offers or that I had anticipated on receiving. I would recommend one calling the center directly and ask about the particulars of the facial. If you are seeking the same type of facial I was…which I should have used my own advise, and if it was offered, it could have been requested. But….I also feel that this is something that the technician should also be concerned with when receiving a new client…..analyze their skin and ask if there were any concerns that they wanted addressed.

Hana was a wonderful Masseuse, and Susan gave me a great Pumpkin Enzyme Facial. The spa itself is pretty basic...no steam room, jacuzzi or relaxation Zen type waiting room. No place to apply make-up at the end either. Services are good, but venue needs some upgrades. Worth the money...but don't go for high end pampering.
