An incredibly fun, enjoyable evening, particularly for the 50+ crowd. We knew almost all of the songs, and loved the characters! A great night out!

The show itself and all 4 ladies did an amazing job!! I saw this show over 30 times when it played in North Hollywood, and this was my first time seeing it at the Laguna Playhouse, in Laguna Beach.
This show is definitely worth seeing and I recommend it to everyone who is a fan of the 50s & 60s! Hats off to all the prom girls for making this event incredibly awesome!

Getting these tixs thru Goldstar was so easy. We had excellent seats too. The show is extremely entertaining. Amazing performances by all four cast members - their vocal talent is superb, and they are great comedic actress. Choreography and musical arrangements also very well done. If you are at all nostalgic for music of the 50's & 60's and have a sense of humor, do not miss this show. It is headed for off-Broadway soon...

I loved the venue. There were no bad seats. The parking was not to good, but that was just because of summer.

the show was great fun! nothing heady or heavy to consider. Loved hearing the old tunes...and the vocal performances were just fantastic. So glad to have seen it here in a local venue...I am somewhat skeptical as to how this will 'play' in NYC...and I wish them all the best in this endeavor.

I thoroughly enjoyed the music and the performances of the four stars! The young ladies did a wonderful job matching the original versions of the songs which were so cleverly woven into the relevance of the story line.

Very fun, especially if you love the music from the 50's and 60's. A great night just to sit back, listen, laugh, and enjoy the good old days. Even if your not good and old. You'll love it!

Great performance, all of the cast were exceptional singers. Lighthearted flashback to the fifties.

More Details
The Marvelous Wonderettes ran for more than a year in North Hollywood and is headed to New York for an Off-Broadway run, but the Laguna Playhouse audiences get to see this “must-take trip down memory lane” first.
The Marvelous Wonderettes brings audiences back to the 1958 Springfield High School prom where they meet the Wonderettes: Betty Jean, Cindy Lou, Missy and Suzy, four girls with hopes and dreams as big as their crinoline skirts—and voices to match! As they talk and sing about their lives and loves, audiences are treated to the girls performing such songs as “Lollipop,” “Dream Lover,” “Stupid Cupid,” “Lipstick on Your Collar,” “It’s My Party,” “It’s In His Kiss” and many more.
