This Wonderful Life is a charming re-imagining of one of America's most beloved Christmas classics, Frank Capra's film It's A Wonderful Life. The multi-talented James Leaming (American Conservatory Theatre, Second City) brings to life all the unforgettable characters from the original, including George Bailey, his wife Mary, Clarence the Angel, Old Man Potter and twenty more of Bedford Falls' finest citizens. Over the course of the story, George comes to realize that life really is worth living, and that the actions of one person can make a lasting difference in the world.

$22.50 - $27.50

Set in Vienna in 1938 and London during the Blitzkrieg, The Pianist of Willesden Lane tells the true story of noted pianist and author Mona Golabek's mother, Lisa Jura. As a young Jewish pianist, Lisa dreams of a concert debut at the storied Musikverein concert hall. When Lisa is swept up in the Kindertransport to London in an attempt to protect her from the Nazi regime, everything about her life is upended -- except her love of music. Golabek performs some of the world's most beloved piano music in this poignant tribute to her mother's experience in wartime Europe. Adapted and directed by Hershey Felder, The Pianist of Willesden Lane is a riveting tale of hope that is a powerful testament to how music can help us survive through the darkest of times. We really did not quite know what to expect with this being a one man show. What an absolute delight! It was intimate, fun and we absolutely felt like the story was brought to life in a creative way. What talent! Definitely a standing ovation and we would recommend this show!

I thought the show was wonderful. The artist is very talented. He did not miss a beat. I kept wondering how does he do it. When I purchased the tickets I did not realize it was a one man show but then I saw the reviews so I went. I was glad I didn't know it at first I might have passed. I am glad I didn't! A wonderful Christmas treat!
