Even Shakespeare could not top The Tempest, a magical story about the transforming power of forgiveness and the bond between parent and child. It follows the adventures of Prospero, an exiled duke who lives as the master of an enchanted isle abounding with fantastical creatures, mystery, music and romance. When a shipwreck delivers Prospero's enemies to the island, the plot thickens as his beloved daughter falls for the enemy's son. The Tempest, believed to be the last play Shakespeare wrote alone, is performed by Portland Shakespeare Project. This unforgettable story has inspired all kinds of adaptations, from poetry and paintings, to operas and films like Forbidden Planet. Learn More

This was hysterical. The actors are amazing as the switch from one role to the next. The only negative was that sometimes the dialog was hard to hear. I'm not sure if they had mics or not, but something to up the volume would have been great.
All in...one of the best comedy productions I have seen in a long time.
This performance is approximately one hour and 40 minutes long.
