I wore a sweater inside because the air-conditioning makes the convention rooms cold..

The buffet is great but cheaper options are grabbing a sandwich, chips, fruit etc. at Starbucks or the Rio hotel store near the casino. Also, there's a TGIF across the street at Gold Coast Casino that has good prices.

There is a shuttle between the Rio and Bally's and another shuttle between Harrah's and Bally's. These shuttles run from 10am - 1am so if you want to see a speaker at the convention earlier than that, you have to take a cab or figure out the bus system.

Very entertaining and fun. It was a hoot seeing all the elaborate costumes and the speakers were very interesting. We are now planning to go again next year!
