The entertainment was great. The event was disorganized. We had VIP tickets and there did not appear to be a VIP section or line. There was much confusion and we did not receive a meet and greet as advertised. I liked itWritten on Aug 31 2011

Description
The Memory of the King Foundation, co-founded by Elvis Tribute Artist, Pete “Big Elvis” Vallee kicks off with a fundraising benefit show for Elvis friend, security chief and author, Sonny West, who is recovering from a serious medical condition.
The event will feature a show and auction to benefit the Foundation. Award winning performer, Pete "Big Elvis" Vallee will take the stage with other nationally known Elvis Tribute Artists; a variety of Entertainers; Vallee’s Band, Nashville Rockabilly Hall of Fame singer Ronnie Lee Twist & the Future Cats; and a who’s who of Elvis Insiders, sharing their memories of Elvis, on behalf of their friend Sonny West, who has spent his lifetime promoting the positive image of the King.
Celebrities also include local television personalities who will share emcee duties throughout the evening. The purpose of the Memory of the King Foundation is to provide charitable assistance to those individuals, groups and other entities in financial need or hardship, in memory of the late Elvis Presley. Pete Vallee’s vision for this organization is to raise funds and financially assist those individuals who had a career or personal connection with Elvis, as well as those organizations that were close to his heart, and for which Elvis was a benefactor in his lifetime.
