Steven Yockey's Cartoon is a fast and furious fable about violence -- both the cartoon and real-life kinds. Terror reigns in Toontown as the sledgehammer belonging to the bratty dictatorial little girl, Esther, is stolen by Trouble, an anarchist imp, throwing their cartoon world into chaos.
