No topic is taboo for Ryan Stout, whose clean-cut look belies his nature to delve into morally repugnant subject matter with smart and sterile objectivity for big laughs. Using exaggerated honesty, delightful insincerity and mock self-righteousness, Stout's wickedly dark material appeals to everyone's sense of logic. Make no mistake, Stout will talk about rape and abortion, but to keep things on an intellectual level, he'll do his best not to curse. A veteran of Chelsea Lately and various MTV shows, Stout will take you into a dark corner ... and make you laugh out loud. Learn More

I was disappointed. I went on 1/14/08. Dr. Scott Lewis is off until February 08. I didn't notice if the note was there on-line notifying us of this when I purchased the tickets, though it is there now. It definitely wasn't mentioned when picking up the tickets. I went back to the box office after the show and the box office lady told me she was not aware that he was off. I paid the price I paid for "his" show and got a "stand- in" named Kelly Klark or Karl, whose performance was ok, but not what I was expecting. I told the lady at the box office that I was going to ask Goldstar for a partial refund or full refund. The show definitely was not worth the money I paid for it. The show got a little draggy and was a little boring. I would say it was definitely just ok. If it had been an amazing show, or they threw in a free drink or something, offered an apology or offered refunds to those that were disatisfied, then I wouldn't have minded the switcheroo quite so much. They did not even tell us he wasn't there when we went inside the theatre, they just anounced her over the speaker system. She came out, introduced herself and then she mentioned that Dr. Scott Lewis would not be performing there again until Feb 08 and that she was his replacement/stand-in. Everybody looked around in amazement and surprise and were obviously disappointed. After the show they try to sell you video's of the show for $25 and self help DVD's.Written on Jan 17 2008

On this particular night, the audience participants were so uninhibited and funny that my cheeks hurt from laughing. It would be impossible to predict this sort of entertainment ahead of time. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose!Written on Aug 05 2009
