Known for their explicit covers of female-performed '80s pop songs like "Total Eclipse of the Heart" and "Mickey," Dan Finnerty's Dan Band has appeared in the hit movies The Hangover, Starsky & Hutch and Old School, not to mention Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Late Late Show, Last Call with Carson Daly and Ellen. They've also had their own hour-long special on Bravo, entitled The Dan Band: I Am Woman, and played sold-out shows across the country. They're currently working on their third album with Comedy Central Records, but nothing beats seeing these guys play live. Learn More

I was pretty disappointed by this concert. First of all he had two opening acts that were not great, there was too much time in between, and they were on stage a long time. Then it was another long period of time before Gotye actually came on. By that time it was 3-4 hours of standing and waiting. My feet hurt! His songs sounded exactly the same as on the CD and were a bit boring to watch. Kind of like watching an 80's music video (which the background graphics may have come from). The crowd was definitely restless and he could tell. He stopped in the middle of a song and said, "I can hear you all talking and its' distracting so I guess I'll just play you what you want to hear" and proceeded to play "Somebody that I used to know". The crowd was definitely into that and it was a big difference. Then the majority of the crowd left, including me because at that point we had been standing for 5 hours. I felt bad for him but at the same time he didn't show any energy on stage, and sorry but you're not that big of a name, don't keep us waiting that long!
