A contestant on the 4th season of “American Idol”, Mikalah Gordon was most known for her smart mouth and over the top personality. She was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and currently resides in Los Angeles. Mikalah is a triple threat in the entertainment business as a singer, actress and host. Some of her noted appearances include a guest spot on the CBS TV series “The Unit,” a co-host of Fox Reality’s “American Idol Extra and a field correspondent for “The Tyra Banks Show.”
Mikalah’s most recent television show was the second season of the CMT series “Gone Country.” Artists from different genres are brought to Nashville to learn, live and sing country.
Mikalah continues with her singing career by performing in many shows throughout the country. For only being 20 she has performed in places people her age usually only dream about. Gordon is also in the process of writing and recording her debut album with some of today’s best known producers.
Singer/songwriter/actor, David Hernandez, gained national attention with his powerful voice and affable personality as an American Idol 2008 Finalist.
He began singing at age six, starring in musicals and performing with various theatre companies throughout Arizona. When he reached the young age of fifteen, he began writing original music and recording his material.
A Phoenix native, Hernandez recently gave up his apartment in Arizona and moved to Hollywood where he is writing new songs, working in the recording studio producing his newest music, and pursuing his passion for acting. He has already landed a feathered lead in the movie Synthetic Truth.
In addition to American Idol, David has showcased his talents on The Ellen Show, The Today Show, MTV’s TRL, EXTRA, Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood, Teen Choice Awards, TV Guides’ Sexiest Stars 2008, Idol Tonight, Idol Gives Back and FOX-TV.
A once-in-a-life-time invitation came to David this past January. He was asked to sing at the Inaugural Kick-Off Celebration ball for President Barack Obama. He was honored to share the stage with Jamie Foxx, John Legend and Maroon 5, along with hosts Jessica Alba and TV producer legend, Norman Lear.
During holiday season 2008, David traveled throughout the US, singing for over 250,000 people, as the star of a twenty-four city tour entitled Idols at Christmas. And over the July 4th weekend, David headlined three sold out shows in the showroom at the South Point Casino in Las Vegas. Scottsdale’s most exclusive restaurant and club, Barcelona, was David’s performance home for nearly a year performing three nights a week with his band Generation. David’s high energy stage presence and flawless vocal delivery keep the club packed every night.
David counts Stevie Wonder, Ne-yo, Donnie Hathaway, Alicia Keys, Luther Vandross, Michael Jackson and David Foster among his musical influences.
Dezmond Meeks, formerly of Louisiana resided and worked in Las Vegas immediately after American Idol. Currently, Dezmond is a Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter producer and multi-instrumentalist currently represented by Capstone Music & Entertainment, NY. With charismatic showmanship celebrating the influences of such iconic music legends as Michael Jackson, Aretha Franklin, Mariah Carey and James Brown, Meeks is currently in production of his debut LP, "Music is My Sanity, Vol.1: The Dance," (2010). Featuring a sound that could be categorized alongside Amy Winehouse and Prince, the irresistibly catchy first single, "Them and Me," showcases Meeks five-octave vocal range and vast array of studied musical interests.
