I went to the show on April 12th and thoroughly enjoyed it. Trent Carlini is very talented and is a true reflection of Elvis. He has great interaction with the audience. Trent's performance is definitely 4 star. The only reason I rated 3 is the stage effects were not 4 star. But that is not what I was there for. I wanted to hear Elvis songs and that we was what I got. Trent truly paid tribute to Elvis. He has the voice, looks and moves of Elvis. At the end of the show, he informed us that the previous day he was riding his bike and was hit by a car. He did not want to cancel his show due to his commitment as an entertainer. You would not have known he had been injured by his performance. He gave it his all. I was very impressed. After the show, you can meet with Trent and get his autograph.
I would go again especially at Goldstar's price.

Saw Trent on 9 April 2009 with great expectations. He is a very good performer but the entire show lacks excitement and the Elvis magic.

I saw Elvis in his prime and have seen many impersonators who made time stand still for the entertaining moment. Trent gives his all but everything else misses the mark. (Deadbeat stage, no musicians (though the music rocks!) and too many film clips of Trent to buy time while he changes outfits (his white jumpsuit is fabulous!).

The shows are advertised as 9pm but the Box Office clerk said the doors do not open until 8:55...quite obvious that the show could not possibly start at 9pm. The doors actually opened at 9:05 and it took nearly 15 minutes to walk up 4 flight of stairs to get into the theater. That's because at the end of the 3rd flight, there were staff members hustling us to take pictures with the famous Elvis sun glasses and scarves. Poorly executed marketing ploy which delayed our entry into the theater. The show started at 9:30.

Some Elvis impersonators take advantage of being on stage and show off their abilities to sing in a higher range or give an Elvis song a twist of their own. Bad calls...Elvis fans pay to see Elvis only. Trent stayed with the program and gave us a full-on Elvis show!

Much thanks to Goldstar for the $$$-savings deal on the tickets (half price!) and we had great seats!

Seen the show on May 5. I had previously seen Trent at the Sahara last May and thought that show was amazing. This time around wasn't as good, and I think a big part of that is the lack of a band. Last year he has a band with him and it was a real Elvis show. This time he was out there by himself. Trent is very good and sounds like the King to a T, but, get your band back. It makes all the difference.
