Kathy was great. The seats were crowded and small and not in keeping with the price even with the Goldstar discount. The dinner was fine but not excellent and the service was rushed. The concert staff was very organized and friendly.Written on Jul 24 2009

Kathy Griffin is hysterical. I have always wanted to see her, but could never justify her tour's high ticket price. I was elated to finally see tix offered on goldstar and snapped up two immediately. She was great - she totally delivered her signature celebrity bashing, profanity ridden, ADD style of humor and the crowd ate it up. Wente Vineyards was absolutely beautiful. The venue completely exceeded expectations. Great set-up (stage / seating), extremely friendly staff, and very well organized. They even had golf carts that would take people from their parking spot to the entrance. I would definitely go again!Written on Jul 24 2009

The show was great! She is so funny. I was laughing the entire time. Loved being outside and having a wonderful buffet dinner. Thanks for offering a great deal on Goldstar. I would have not attended if it wasn't for your discount. I have recommended your website to friends.Written on Jul 24 2009

About the Ticket Supplier: Wente Vineyards
After learning about winemaking from Charles Krug, C. H. Wente, a first-generation immigrant from Germany, founded his own winery in 1883. Recognizing that the warm days, cool nights and gravelly soils of the Livermore Valley were ideal for growing grapes, he purchased 48 acres and planted vineyards. In 1918, C. H. Wente's sons Ernest and Herman joined the business, with Ernest managing the vineyards and Herman acting as winemaker. The company was later passed on to Ernest's only son Karl, and in 1977, Karl's young son Eric took the helm. Continuing the 125 year legacy, the winery is managed today by the Fourth Generation of the Wente family, Eric, Philip, Carolyn, and the Fifth Generation, Christine and Karl. The winery has grown to include over 2,000 acres of vineyards in the Livermore Valley, San Francisco Bay and 800 acres in Arroyo Seco, Monterey.
