Great show, a lot of fun. Beautiful venue. A great benefit of terrace seating is that you can easily go from chair to standing to sitting on the low cement wall in the back.Written on Jul 17 2009

Bought the tickets for my parents... they had a great time! They were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, saying there were great choices and it was well prepared (My dad is a foodie). They had great seats for the concert, and said the staff was attentive and helpful. They would go again to another concert, and thought overall it was a great evening.Written on Aug 18 2009

Outstanding. Frankie Valli's performance was great. You definetly get your money's worth along with the buffet dinner. Our table was in a great spot with a tree for shade when it was hot and later just a nice shade. Stage could be viewed well without any obstructions.Written on Jul 18 2009

More Information About Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons
Description

Frankie Valli. A true American pop music icon. His incredible career as a solo artist and with the Four Seasons has produced 19 top ten hits and sold over 100 million records worldwide. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990, and was named longevity champ of the rock era by Billboard Magazine. Valli recalls, “I’d always wanted to be a singer, ever since my mother took me to see Sinatra at the Paramount Theatre in New York as a kid. I decided then and there that’s what I was going to do…be a successful singer.” And that’s just what he did.

The group had their first number one hit with “Sherry,” which crystallized a distinctive musical style- the popular doo-wop music of the 1950’s inflected with the rhythm and blues. While remaining steadfastly devoted to the Four Seasons, Valli decided to branch out with a solo career that included hits such as “December, ’63 (Oh What a Night)” and the title track to Grease.

And thanks to the volcanic success of the Tony-winning musical Jersey Boys, which chronicles the life and times of Frankie and his legendary group, such classic songs as “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Walk Like a Man,” and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” are all the rage all over again.

About the Ticket Supplier: Wente Vineyards
After learning about winemaking from Charles Krug, C. H. Wente, a first-generation immigrant from Germany, founded his own winery in 1883. Recognizing that the warm days, cool nights and gravelly soils of the Livermore Valley were ideal for growing grapes, he purchased 48 acres and planted vineyards. In 1918, C. H. Wente's sons Ernest and Herman joined the business, with Ernest managing the vineyards and Herman acting as winemaker. The company was later passed on to Ernest's only son Karl, and in 1977, Karl's young son Eric took the helm. Continuing the 125 year legacy, the winery is managed today by the Fourth Generation of the Wente family, Eric, Philip, Carolyn, and the Fifth Generation, Christine and Karl. The winery has grown to include over 2,000 acres of vineyards in the Livermore Valley, San Francisco Bay and 800 acres in Arroyo Seco, Monterey.
