Winner of five Tony Awards including Best Musical and Best Composer and Lyricist, the classic musical Man of La Mancha retells the timeless story of Miguel Cervantes' Don Quixote, as a play-within-a-play. The author Cervantes re-enacts his story of the mad knight, a dying old man who lives in a world of his imagination as he awaits his hearing in the Spanish Inquisition. The show features the songs "Dulcinea," "I'm Only Thinking of Him," "I Really Like Him" and the show-tune standard, "The Impossible Dream." Davis Gaines, best known for starring in The Phantom of the Opera for more than 2000 performances in Los Angeles, San Francisco and on Broadway, plays Quixote. Learn More

All Shook Up was an energy romp from the first note to the curtain call. Every actor was strong and had excellent voices. It was first class from the costumes to the set to the many pairs of blue suede shoes. Great show.Written on Mar 03 2008

This show is so incredibly awesome and filled with high energy and broadway caliber talent! I'm going to see it again on closing Sunday. My only regret is that I didn't see it for the first time earlier in its run so that I could've seen it even more times.Written on Mar 07 2008

Older Eyes
Start with the music of Elvis and a plot based on Shakespeare. Can you possibly go wrong? YES. The over-the-top broadway-show arrangements of The King's songs must have him rolling in his grave and the campy, corny book makes "Oklahoma" look sophisticated. AWFUL. Decent cast with good voices and dancing but I can't imagine anyone who likes Elvis liking this.Written on Feb 26 2008
