2 major problems: 1.) The start time you advertise is 9:00 am. The actual start time was 8:00 am. We missed an hour of what we mistakenly paid for. Which leads to 2.) The event is free - the charge is only to get into the grandstand - but the event information does not tell you that. Feeling totally deceived.Written on Jul 29 2008

We attended this event on Sunday and just went for the finals match. Fortunately, there was a good breeze to keep you cool in the grandstand because unless you're in a VIP area, there really isn't much shade anywhere at the venue. It would have been nice if there had been better information on the event website about parking...if we'd known it was going to be $10, we would have taken the bus. That said, the event was fun and it was great to see Kerri Walsh and Misty May win their 101st consecutive match before they go off to the Olympics...definitely world-class volleyball!Written on Jul 28 2008
