Peter and the Starcatcher, the multiple Tony Award-winning show that The New York Times called "the most exhilarating storytelling on Broadway in decades," is the swashbuckling, madcap prequel to Peter Pan. A dozen actors play more than 100 characters, combining their acting talent with ingenious stagecraft and an imaginative story to reveal the origins of "the boy who wouldn't grow up." The musical play takes a hilarious romp through the Neverland you never knew in an action-packed adventure that brings pirates, orphans and secret agents of the Queen together on the high seas. Based on the bestselling novel by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson, and written by Rick Elice (Jersey Boys), Peter and the Starcatcher boasts an all-star creative team and weaves an enchanting tale that appeals to both adults and kids. The event was okay. It could have been better for sure. The actors lines were going too fast and were being mixed back and forth from different shows that if one is not aware or not familiar with the other shows, one wouldn't get the gist. they needed maybe more props or whatever. but in all it could have been a nice saturday night experience if it wasn't for the restaurant itself. The service was lousy (not at meal serving which was between acts). They had only one cocktail waitress to take drink orders for 40/50 people and it was too long even for the waitress to show up to the room where the play was taking place, orders were wrong and when I went to the bar to get drinks for our party, I was told it was only one drink per person. When I requested to speak with the manager. he never showed up then I told the bartender to send somebody over right away it took forever. There was 3 groups at my table and everybody was complaining. I will never go back to that restaurant.
