Sevilla is a fixture in Long Beach, celebrating its 25th year, and its flamenco dinner-show performance showcases a variety of dancers, singers, percussionists and guitarists. The included dinner features a salad, the famous Spanish dish Paella Valenciana, and for dessert, Crema Catalana, the restaurant's award-winning chocolate espresso creme brulee. The show was very good; the food was mediocre; the service was also mediocre; the wine list/selections were less than average; they need to "push" the sangria as that was far and away the best adult beverage served.Written on Mar 28 2011

Good dancing, ok food, great dessert, but WAY to expensive for what you get.....DO NOT open the wine on your table unless you want to overpay extra for a bottle of wine...i think it was 25 or 30 more dollars. Ended up paying ANOTHER 70 bucks for everything. I don't like surprises. They looped a video before the show and during breaks that was very short, so you get to watch the same "stuff" over and over and over....i mean, couldn't they have thrown in a travel log or something about this region of Spain?
