Dance company Diavolo has developed a reputation for their athletic, acrobatic, dramatic movement on larger-than-life, surrealistic sets and structures. These internationally renowned performers are more than just dancers -- they're gymnasts, actors and athletes who rely on teamwork as well as skill. Under the guidance of artistic director Jacques Heim, they investigate the relationship between humans and the architectural environment and the ways in which these urban structures affect us socially, emotionally and physically. Spoken word artist Steve Connell brings voice to the ideas presented by Diavolo. This pre-sale offer gives you access to some of the best seats before tickets go on sale to the general public. This show was one of the best Nutcrackers I've been too and I went to the Dorothy Chandler Pavillion Nutcracker with the Kirkov Ballet, which was also good. There are many wow factors (no spoilers) in this show and it has high production value. I can't really believe what I paid through goldstar because honestly even if you paid full price it would have been worth it. The seats I received where row 18 slightly off center. Its 2 hours with an intermission in between. My highly active 8 year old boy was able to make to intermission and then it was a welcomed break. I would definitely recommend this to others.
