The latest edition of the enjoyable Workhouse Cabaret Series takes a tune-filled trans-global trip, filled with songs made famous by characters from Broadway and film. Your talented tour guides introduce you to musical destinations ranging from the South Pacific to the Far East and Midwest, packing plenty of entertainment into your journey -- and you never have to leave the McGuireWoods Gallery. Admission includes a "planche campagnarde" for your small table, a plate featuring light bites like fruit kabobs, different types of cheeses, crackers, gourmet chocolate squares and sparkling water. The concert will be held outdoors in a large festival tent. Seating is provided — but you are welcome to bring your own lawn chairs and blankets. Beer, wine and concessions will be sold onsite.
