The mishaps and difficulties had me upset when I arrived. The venue personnel provided GREAT customer service. All you have to do is calmly explain what you want, what you need, and they will try to work out a satisfactory resolution. This was my first visit to the Arena. In the end, it proved to be a very satisfying one.Walking With Dinosaurs: The Arena Spectacular info • Sep 16 2014 star this tip starred
I wound up having transportation problems and arrived just as intermission started. It was necessary to walk around the entire perimeter of the arena in order to reach Will Call. And that hike was after walking from the bus stop at Flower and Pico. I was not happy about that part of the experience. I didn't want to miss more of the performance because of searching for my seat. Because of the hike, I learned that one can take the Red Line and transfer to the Blue Line and have a very comfortable and timely trip. Or you can take the Red Line and transfer to the Dash bus and be dropped off right in front of the Arena.Walking With Dinosaurs: The Arena Spectacular travel • Sep 16 2014 star this tip starred

Incredible show, but the tickets were not nearly as good as expected. They were the furthest section back from the stage and the highest up of all the suite sections. The top 300 section and 200 section below us didn't even have anyone seated in them, so it sucked that it jumped from the premier seats right above the floor all the way past the empty 200s then 2 levels of suites below us, before our section. Also, many suites closer to the stage in the same level around us were completely unused and empty, so not sure why we got such bad seats. We were all isolated with no one anywhere near us except the others in our suite.

the seats were too high up!!! suites are not good for iceskating performances! the best place to sit is at the bottom- Lodge seating.
we had to move down to lodge seats the second half of show. those seats were not sold out! Goldstar should have...continued
