He was very engaging and affable as an interview subject and answered questions from the audience graciously. The Grammy Museum made a good choice when they selected him as an interview subject for their archives - his personal knowledge and love of blues/roots music has led him down a very interesting life path and he has contributed to the genre as few others of his generation have. He lost his fast/hot/livin' large little brother too early in their lives together, but he has survived the tragedy and continues to make his own unique mark in the music world. He and his band played a few pieces from his newest CD (first in nine years) and really smoked up the joint. Great experience!
