So, my wife has loved this band forever and seen them a thousand times. This was my first and I have to say they were great. Funny, super talented, great show. Nothing to flashy but that ending they do where they rap a bunch of different popular top 40 songs is awesome!Written on Feb 06 2011

OK, so they lost one of their primary singers -- but the band is still great. And they put on a a really fun show. Going to see BNL is one of the reasons why people need to see music LIVE and not just listen to it on an iPod or stereo.Written on Jul 23 2010

The band was great! Funny and entertaining; some of the new songs were just ok but the interaction within the group was phenomenal and the old songs were great live. They did some hilareous impromptu interaction with the audience.Written on Jul 23 2010
The seats were fantastic, until some rowdy, drunk, annoyingly loud tall people sat in front of us, but that's not GoldStar's fault. :/ Luckily there were some empty seats close by so we were able to move and still enjoy the concert.

I took my fiance' because I heard she liked them.Written on Jul 23 2010
I had no idea what I was in for!
These fellows blend country, rock, alternative, theatrics, wild improvisation, and pure honest joy into a spectacular performance.
As a semi-pro performer for over 30 years, I was astounded by their mix of simplicity, ironic lyrics, and yet strikingly engaging complexity of chord structures and strong rhythms behind great harmonies.
Honey has been seeing them for years and was concerned about Steve's absence. All I got to say is, 'Who needs Steve?'. Each member performed admirably in their own personal artistic light, and it was simply wonderful.
Thanks Goldstar -- We had good seats at a great price, as usual.
Take care and God bless.

Description
Multi-platinum pop-rock group the Berenaked Ladies will perform live at The Greek Theatre with special guests Kris Allen and Angel Taylor. The group will be touring in support of their new album All In Good Time (Raisin’ Records/EMI).
The tour will see the band performing an electrifying mix of classic hits and fresh tracks, including new single “You Run Away,” which was recently Most Added at both Hot AC and AAA. ”You Run Away” was also part of the band’s set-list during a special headlining show at the Winter Olympics Medal Ceremony on February 16th. On February 11th, Barenaked Ladies vocalist/guitarist Ed Robertson carried the Olympic Torch. Earlier that morning, he discussed the new album, single and the Olympics performance during a special interview on NBC’s The Today Show.
The band (Robertson, bassist/vocalist Jim Creeggan, keyboardist/guitarist/vocalist Kevin Hearn and drummer/vocalist Tyler Stewart) recorded All In Good Time with longtime producer Michael Phillip Wojewoda. Bob Clearmountain (Bruce Springsteen, Rolling Stones, David Bowie) mixed the album.
Over the course of the past twenty-one years, the Barenaked Ladies have racked up eight Juno Awards and multiple Grammy nominations, sold more than 14 million albums worldwide, written a plethora of hit singles (including “One Week,” “Pinch Me” and “If I Had $1000000”) and amassed an international fanbase whose members number in the millions. The band also wrote and recorded the theme song to the hit CBS television series, The Big Bang Theory.
