A very interesting play, particularly for those intrigued or involved with computer games. You get to see the conflicting forces between creativity and business reality. Convincingly acted; engaging dialog; effective set design and lighting.
One problem: the Geffen has added two rows of temporary chairs at stage level in front of the permanent seating. This interfered with the sight lines for those sitting in the first few rows of permanent seating. I moved further back to an empty seat (and there were a number available) during the performance so that I could see the stage better. There was no need for the additional seating since the permanent seating was not full.

Interesting premise, not well delivered. Overwrought acting and the script gets very obvious and preachy and redundant. The idea simply doesn't have enough meat in it to sustain a 90 min presentation. Could be interesting as one of a three...continued
