Then learn a few principals of matching sweet cake and dry wines, sampling four different "wine friendly" cakes served with premium, California wines. Bakery founder Chrysta Wilson and wine critic/cookbook author Amy Reiley will host this baking demo and tasting, featuring Kiss My Bundt's cakes and four hand-selected wines from Peju Winery and Brander Vineyards.
