Wow! What a Jewel to find in Los Angeles. Had a great time with Chef Tracy as I learned how to make gumbo. I enjoyed the class so much that I went out and "attempted" to recreate the meal. I concluded I need to attend more classes :-) Jamaican Getaway here I come!!!!
