The music and the architecture both get 10 STARS. There was a wonderfully diverse selection of music and variety of combination of instruments, I could not have been happier and better entertained, It did not hurt that my seat was so good, thanks to Goldstar. I was amazed that at least 25% of the sold seats were not occupied.

The wine tasting was much like a college mixer with most people hanging around with their friends looking at other groupings. Not too much interchange of enthusiasm, music knowledge, or even a sense of fun.

The red wine was not drinkable (though I heard that the previous function did have a higher quality offering). Fortunately, the Chardonnay was palatable.

Thanks to Goldstar and Disney and the Musicians for such a great musical night

Any opportunity to hear music in Disney is a treat. Last night the musicians were very good, even though one made noticeable errors that brought my rating down. The quality of the wine, like last time, was abismal, as unpalatable as the usual fare at an art gallery opening, and the absence of crackers or some other minor appetizer is always noticed by everyone. My tickets were much worse than usual, and the hall was half empty because subscribers seem to stay away in droves from these Chamber Music events. The 2nd half of the performance, which was the Schubert piece, was heavenly and was well worth the trip to Disney.

I've always wanted to go to the Disney Concert Hall, so I used this as an opportunity to go there. I don't drink, so I wasn't interested in the wine tasting. My seat was in the far right hand side in the nose bleed section, so I felt very far removed from the performers, which made it hard to feel involved in the evening.

The performances were lovely, and enjoyable, but nothing can compare with having a full symphony. The first set was just three musicians and the second set was about 6 or 7 musicians and an narrator.

I look going back to the Disney Concert Hall to see a full symphony. This little taste of chamber music just wasn't satisfying enough for me. But I'm happy to have gone.

The music and the setting were fantastic.
The wine tasting time was not clear.
We arrived at 7:50PM (8PM) as per time stated on ticket, and were disappointed to find that wine tasting was already over with. The time when wine tasting starts should be stated clearly as well.
