Odyssey Theatre
Originally located in a Hollywood storefront, in 1973 the Odyssey moved to a larger venue in West Los Angeles where, beginning with one 99-seat theater, it gradually expanded to a three-theater complex.
Odyssey Theatre (Los Angeles, CA)
Odyssey Theatre Ensemble presents a double bill that was a hit of the 2009 Polish International Theatre Festival. Polish actress/puppeteer Anna Skubik takes on a life-sized Marlena Dietrich puppet, as both are caught in a co-dependent relationship during the star's dying days. Meanwhile her Bulgarian/American partner Anthony Nikolchev confronts his family's breathtaking 1960's escape from Communist Bulgaria.

Quite a boring play..The first act was far more interesting than the second. The puppeteer should not be singing...had a poor voice....
