It is so hot in the theatre. 2 out of the 6 one acts are good. The first play is brilliant, but the actors (in desperate need of a good director) have no idea what they were doing and are just wandering the stage aimlessly. Shame. I would skip the first act come for the second act and enjoy the first and third plays and sleep and fan yourself during the endless and awful second play. This is a festival in need of good directors. Only 2 stand out. The actors are so tentative and shy, for god sakes it's the theatre, get some life in you!Written on Feb 10 2009

This is one of the reasons why I love living in So Cal. On any random evening, you can stumble into a tiny little theater in the middle of a dark corner of LA and experience something that makes your life better. These short plays ranged from "eh" to "wow", but I appreciated the uniqueness and creativity of the grouping as well as several impressive performances.Written on Feb 28 2009
