In January, The GRAMMY museum celebrates a legend of rock 'n' roll, Elvis Presley. Known as The King in his day, this rock pioneer made such an impression that thousands flock to his home of Graceland and he has an ardent fan following to this day. To pay homage to one of the greats of music history, The GRAMMY Museum is putting on a month-long retrospective on Presley's life and career including presentations and special events throughout the month. The special display features some of Elvis' famous memorabilia, and appears alongside The GRAMMY Museum's permanent collection and long-term exhibitions like George Harrison: Living in the Material World and Andrea Bocelli: The Story Of A Voice.

Museum highly interactive. A fun/inexpensive place to visit. You can spend all day there...

The Grammy Museum itself was great, but to claim there is Elvis Month at the museum is an oversight. I had to ask someone twice where that exhibit was and when he explained it was where I had already been I was shocked. If you are going there to see Elvis stuff this may not be the place for you. If you love music in general and would like to see different memorabilia then you may very well enjoy this. My favorite parts were seeing handwritten lyrics for some George Harrison songs, as well as the instruments that you can play along with.

Lots of historic data on the Grammy Awards. Some was of interest some was not. Glad I saw it though. Probably once is enough to see this.

I was very very disappoint!!! This event should not have been advertize as a tribute the Elvis Presley the only display they had was a small corner displaying Elvis songs, his movies & career I could have read this same information reading the LA time. I would not recommend this event to any Elvis lover….waste of time.
