Dance company Diavolo has developed a reputation for their athletic, acrobatic, dramatic movement on larger-than-life, surrealistic sets and structures. These internationally renowned performers are more than just dancers -- they're gymnasts, actors and athletes who rely on teamwork as well as skill. Under the guidance of artistic director Jacques Heim, they investigate the relationship between humans and the architectural environment and the ways in which these urban structures affect us socially, emotionally and physically. Spoken word artist Steve Connell brings voice to the ideas presented by Diavolo. This pre-sale offer gives you access to some of the best seats before tickets go on sale to the general public. I love El Cid. It's an institution in Silverlake that I used to go to in my 20's...but now going there for brunch with my family, I have to admit I was disappointed. Service was slow, food wasn't great (french toast was burnt, and it took them 15 min. to bring it out again). Love the flamenco but I would say stick to the dinner show and drinks.

Thought I would treat a guest. The food a bit oily, instrumentals great and the vocals okay. Liked Seville in Long Beach much better! May be due to the fact that this was a breakfast and my experience at Seville took place in the evening.
The show runs approximately one hour.
