Dubbed the "Coachella of dance," Dancerpalooza assembles some of the country's top choreographers and ensembles, including Stacey Tookey, Jaci Royal, Movement Lifestyle and Shaping Sound, for a six-day festival celebrating all things dance. Originally seen on the reality television series All the Right Moves, Shaping Sound features Emmy nominees and stars of So You Think You Can Dance in an exhilarating mashup of musical genres and dance styles. The performance will be followed by a Q&A with the cast. Under the artistic direction of Jaci Royal, Royal Flux features some of L.A.'s finest contemporary dancers as they push the boundaries of movement through dance and athleticism for a spectacle of light in Shining. Stacey Tookey and Still Motion's Moments Defined is a multi-disciplinary dance performance that captures the moments that shape and define our existence. Collaborating with artists from around the world, Movement Lifestyle uses urban dance to explore diverse cultures. Winner of the 2013 Dance Awards for Studio of the Year, JCSOD presents its first full-length work, A Man's World, the story of a lonely man looking for human connection. Learn More

I love El Cid. It's an institution in Silverlake that I used to go to in my 20's...but now going there for brunch with my family, I have to admit I was disappointed. Service was slow, food wasn't great (french toast was burnt, and it took them 15 min. to bring it out again). Love the flamenco but I would say stick to the dinner show and drinks.

Thought I would treat a guest. The food a bit oily, instrumentals great and the vocals okay. Liked Seville in Long Beach much better! May be due to the fact that this was a breakfast and my experience at Seville took place in the evening.
The show runs approximately one hour.
