This was a great show...the acts got better as the night progressed...Eli Young Band GOOD, Jack Ingram BETTER and Rodney Atkins BEST. Seats were good...lots of open seating in front of us which filled as people moved up. PARKING AT THE GREEK IS BAD but we found a way around it...PARK & RIDE go to the website and there are nearby restaurants that offer this. We ate at the Dresden...very good food but the place is tired and very old LAish. Would do it again, may try the Vermont restaurant next time. Also took in the Annenberg Space for Photography exhibit before...Excellent!!!

OMG my seats were AMAZING!! The day was the perfect day for an outside concert under the stars. I wasn't really a huge fan of the Eli Young Band but after last night seeing them live both me and my boyfriend are complete fans now. I had no idea how great Jack Ingram was and i love him, Dean Brody as a side show before to kick off was an added plus. And the headliner, Rodney Atkins, now thats a man. The whole show was amazing and full of energy, the lights and such were a little much for me but i looked past them cause I was having just way to much fun. I'd totally go again and hope Goldstar will help in that.

Totally agree with Debbie J's review of the show. We had good seats and parking.
It was disappointing that the Greek theatre wasn't full to capacity. Come on country music fans, gotta support our local station and the performers we love to hear!
Big thanks to KKGO and Goldstar!

I took my 3 kids to the Greek and had a wonderful time. We got to meet Shawn Parr and Ashley Paige from Go Countrys 105. I would absolutely do it again. There's really not a bad seat at the Greek.

This was a great event. Rodney Atkins sounded awesome live, and the Greek is about the best place I've attended a concert.

Great venue, good music and a real fun time!
Rodney Atkins puts on a super show. Jack Ingram will be headlining on his own soon I predict. Both these guys are real showmen and in tune with their audience.

More Details About Go Country 105's Summer Under the Stars
More Information
The 2nd annual Go Country 105 “Summer Under the Stars” concert will return to the Greek Theatre. Headlining this year is country sensation Rodney Atkins; Jack Ingram and the Eli Young Band will support.
There’s a very good reason that no less than four songs from Rodney Atkins’ platinum-selling 2006 album If You’re Going Through Hell became No. 1 hits—a feat that no one had accomplished since 2002. It’s the same reason that two of those songs became the most-played of 2006 (“If You’re Going Through Hell [Before the Devil Even Knows]”) and 2007 (“Watching You”), and why concert audiences all over the country are cheering him on and singing along. The reason is that Atkins has a rare gift for reflecting the lives of his listeners in his music—their hopes, their concerns, their spirit, their adversities, even their sense of humor. Simply put, as he sang in another chart-topping smash, “These Are My People.” Rodney Atkins understands regular lives because he still leads one. “People always talk about image—‘You’re the guy in the ball cap, the All-American country boy,’” says Atkins. “But if the songs don’t connect with the folks listening, then none of that stuff matters.”
In addition to the overwhelming radio and video airplay, Rodney Atkins earned the Academy of Country Music’s Top New Male Vocalist award, plus five other ACM nominations and two Country Music Association nominations. He performed for a half-million people at the National Memorial Day concert in Washington, D.C. and toured with the superstar likes of Brad Paisley, Brooks & Dunn, Martina McBride and ZZ Top.
