For the first time in more than 20 years, Ballet Philippines returns to perform in the U.S. They'll tour the West Coast presenting Master Pieces, a collection of the company's signature works. The eclectic performance includes a neoclassical piece set to the music of Bizet, a tribute to traditional Filipino folk songs and even a duet from A Midsummer Night's Dream, as re-imagined by a Filipino choreographer. Now in its 45th season, Ballet Philippines is recognized as the country's flagship company in ballet and contemporary dance. They're known for infusing classical ballet with the rich cultural heritage and social issues of the Philippines. Learn More
9 of us drove to eat at Korean BBQ, in Korea town, that took us about 10 min or so to arrive to. If your in such a large group I suggest breaking it up in two to be seated much faster, also read rules as restuarant we sat at charged for meat left over by the pound? We also ended choosing the 9.99 menue each and somehow ended up paying a $20 gratuity fee, that unless it was written in Korean we did not know about prior, nor told about. This turned out to be less than what we normally would have tipped., hidden fees are just not fun.Marat Daukayev Ballet Theatre's The Nutcracker dining • Dec 20 2013 star this tip starred

Celebrating the rich diversity of Mexican culture, Grandeza Mexicana Folk Ballet Company beautifully honors the flavorful folklórico traditions of Mexico. Under the direction of José Vences, Grandeza Mexicana has flourished into an iconic and innovative company whose repertory reaches beyond the traditional and expected. A Luckman favorite, this year the celebrated company presents an all-new work focusing on the various December traditions of Mexico.
